Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual. Sometimes, it can feel lonely, frustrating, anxiety provoking, which in turn can lead us into a negative spiral and feel as though there is no way out. Other times we might believe the problem isn't 'big enough' so may be inclined to ignore it and hope it goes away on its own. This can impact our mood, energy, self-esteem, self-care, relationships, and/or work performance. It may feel as though you are going through the motions or surviving instead of thriving.
Please know you are not on your own, and support is available. My role as a therapist is to help you to navigate the difficulties and obstacles that life’s journey presents. Together, step by step, we can seek to understand what is going on for you, with the intention of facilitating you to become your own therapist. We will do this by identifying your needs and goals to inform your treatment, increasing your self-awareness through psychoeducation, as well as implementing strategies and techniques to promote personal growth, thus, enabling you to manage life's challenges with improved resilience and confidence.
